QUALITY CONTROLLING & INSPECTION

The Quality controlling and inspection are the core of our business and
as our main aim is to see it that goods which are shipped confirm to
buyer's standards that out buyer have minimum headaches.
 
All the initially stages of the orders covering the approvals of the fit
samples, styling & sizing, fabric quality.
      
Lab & Dips & Accessories are diligently managed for approval by the
buyers before production as aspects of the garments production are
looking into minimize stitching and finishing problems.
 
On-Line inspection are carried out thought the production period on
regular bases, reports and mare, problems during production are pointed
out, modified corrected or removed.
 

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION
Inspection is carried out based on AQL 4.5 or AQL 2.5 or 5% of goods with random selection and reports made for the same.
